This Claims Manual for the 2001 Bunkers Convention is a practical guide to presenting claims for compensation against the shipowner or the registered owner’s insurer for pollution damage or preventive measures resulting from a spill of bunker oil from a ship. In addition to this publication, we worked on the design, layout, and infographics for 3 separate brochures, speaking about 3 different conventions“ The International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage“, „The International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Polution Damage“, „ The Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks“,  Bunkers“.
